My novels are dark and reflect my interest in 'true crime'. Quinn, is set in North Wales, and Lilies of the Valley, in a dual setting, North Wales and the Lamorna Valley, Cornwall. Both await an opportunity for publication!!!
My common-folk biography 'My Whole World, Penmaenmawr' published by Old Bakehouse, Abertillery, took 10 years from my decision to 'put it down', to its publication. It was well worth it though; the book and its reprint has only a few copies left on Amazon or from me. The correspondence I received from people all over the world (well, nearly all over) has been amazing and I'm always thrilled to hear from/about Pen people. See info at bottom of page for details...

EARLIER WRITINGS
Having had short stories 'with a twist in the tail' featured in 'Not For Bedtime' published by Infinity Junction, I have written many short stories and poems which have been published in the small press. * In 2011 I wrote a series of children's stories for Bodnant Garden - they feature Timothy Crumble and his pals who have adventurous times in the Garden The stories can be read to/by children when they visit Bodnant. See Some Words page above...
HERE HE IS...
...Meet Timothy Crumble and his pals as they explore Bodnant Garden: Timothy Crumble gets lost, looks for trolls, spots the birds and is horrified when he thinks the Laburnam Arch has disappeared. Seven Children's Stories written for Bodnant Garden - borrow them to read when you visit the Garden... or see 'Some Words' above for a taste... _________________________________________________________

I'm enjoying the research via the people of Lamorna in Cornwall: Work is in progress on a piece called 'The Good Friday Walks to Lamorna' for a book edited by Newlyn & Lamorna archivist and author, Pam Lomax, entitled, 'Newlyn at Play'. Available in October 2014. The beautiful Lamorna Stream which the walkers passed in droves every Good Friday on their way to sit upon the rocks of the cove, below. Friends and family enjoyed each others' company, chatted and reflected. See 'Some Words' above to read 'The Lamorna Inn -The Wink and (a small part of) Childhood Memories in Lamorna.' _________________________________________________________
